Refund policy
REFUND POLICY, ORDER & SHIPPING TERMS
Please note the following terms that apply to all sales via the GlitzyBlingTransfers.com website:
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM ORDERS. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON CUSTOM MADE ORDERS.
2. The colors on proofs can vary from screen to screen (phone, computer, tablet, etc.) due to resolution, etc. Proofs are meant to give an idea of what the transfer will look completed, and we try to match the requested colors as closely as possible. Color charts are provided on our website for your reference.
3. All custom transfers have a nonrefundable $15 artwork & digitizing fee. Creating a transfer from your artwork or logo will require modification and a template file sized to the dimensions you require. This takes time and professional graphic skills. Once completed we will modify the design twice with no additional fee. If you decide not to go forward with an order, the fee is nonrefundable.
4. On request we can press transfers on shirts that you, the customer, provide. But we are not liable for the garments you provided if mistakes are made during pressing. If you provide garments and a pressing mistake occurs, we will take responsibility for the transfer, but the responsibility of replacing the garment is on you, the customer. Please understand this is the risk of providing your own garments for us to press.
5. All specifications for designs are the customer's responsibility to communicate. If sizes, fonts, etc. are not specified we may, at our option (a) decline the order; or (b) accept the order and apply the standard sizes and/or fonts required to produce the order. Final approval of artwork will be done by you, the buyer. Once approval is given in writing through email or messaging, the artwork is then digitized and the transfers completed, there are no refunds.
6. Normal turnaround time for custom transfers is typically 12 – 14 business days. This starts after you approve the design and payment is made for your order. Orders will NOT be started until payment is received.
If you have a required delivery date, let us know before the order is placed. We can determine if we can meet your time. There are no delivery guarantees.
7. For transfers the customer is responsible for sending all artwork in a timely manner, properly sized and ready to digitize as sent. If graphic design work is required in order to create a transfer, additional charges will apply. (See #3 above).
8. Shipping is typically 2–3-day Priority Mail. If you need expedited delivery such as overnight, the additional fees will need to be paid at the time of shipping. We cannot guarantee delivery dates. This is subject to the shipping carriers delays and interruptions. Any claims regarding delayed shipping or interruption after your package leaves our store should be processed through the shipping carrier.
9. The risk of loss passes to the buyer when the goods are delivered to the shipping carrier such as USPS, UPS, DHL, FEDEX, etc. All claims for loss or damage in shipment should be processed by you (the buyer) directly through the shipping carrier.
REFUND POLICY
Please read our return policy in full before purchasing. You agree to the terms of our return policy by making a purchase with us.
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on defects from all items purchased from our store. If you receive a defective item from us let us know within 3 days of receiving the item and we will replace it for you or refund you.
If you have a defective item that you would like to return, take a picture of the defective item pointing out the defect and send an e-mail to Glitzyblingtransfers@gmail.com. We answer all customer support e-mails within 48 business hours. All returns must be received within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. We will not accept returns on items that the customer has had for over 14 days.
Since our items are custom made we do not accept returns or issue refunds for non-defective items. All sales are final.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for defective items within 14 days of the customer receiving the item if they choose a refund instead of an exchange or for a mistake made on our part such as sending the wrong item. Refunds will not be issued because of buyer’s remorse or delayed shipping.
Since our items are custom made and can not be resold all sales are final.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipment fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and processing has begun we are unable to cancel it. We immediately begin to process orders after they have been placed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please make sure to give us your correct shipping address & have your item sent to a secure location to ensure it is delivered without risk of being lost or stolen. If the item gets shipped back to us you will be responsible for the shipping costs to have the item shipped back to you at the correct address. If we do not get the item back you will still be responsible for the cost of the item.
Once a package has been scanned as delivered we cannot pursue a claim on your behalf and cannot recoup the value of the package.
If the package has been lost in transit and has not been scanned as delivered, we are happy to place a claim on your behalf with the courier. A replacement or refund will be issued once the courier has finished the claim investigation process. We will not send a replacement or issue a refund due to delayed shipping.
